Why This Role Exists You will drive company growth by consistently closing new client deals. We need someone who can convert qualified prospects into signed contracts efficiently, allowing leadership to focus on broader strategy.
What You'll Do
Execute our sales process through Discovery, Audit, Scope, and Close stages
Balance inbound lead conversion with outbound prospecting (50/50 split)
Engage new leads within one business day
Maintain disciplined pipeline management with persistent follow-up
Articulate the value of our Conversion Engine and Data Suite™ to address client challenges
Close an average of one new deal per week
Work closely with our demand generation manager

3+ years of B2B services sales with consistent quota achievement

Proven success in both inbound conversion and outbound prospecting
Track record of managing complex sales cycles through to closure
